Our Client, a Beauty Trading Company, dealing in Product, Accessory and Equipment used in beauty/personal care services is recruiting suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment in the following position:
The POSITION oversees the daily operations of the Beauty Business and carries out services with specific emphasis on Human Resources & Legal functions of the entire business. Ensuring that: (1) Formal & Documented Staff Training is carried out to ensure that departments run smoothly and efficiently; (2) All employee have a detailed HR file. (3) Compliance to Employee Handbook (4) Review and documentation of all Contracts & Agreements (Purchase orders inclusive). The position also helps ensure that the business is profitable through business development and marketing efforts, implementation of controls, and effective work place culture. The position performs human resource functions such as recruiting, hiring and training with due approval required from CEO prior to execution as well as ensuring that the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook are followed.
